On the Water Lunch Spots Palm Beach Gardens
West Palm Beach is a beautiful little slice of paradise nestled into the Atlantic coastline of Florida.
People flock here from all over to enjoy the natural amenities and endless attractions the city provides.
From luxurious golf courses to pristine beaches, there's no end to the fun. You can even visit the Norton Museum of Art or the Mounts Botanical Gardens for even more activities.
For me, though, nothing quite beats going out to eat, especially at a restaurant with waterfront views. After all, to be by the water is half the reason most people visit.
If that sounds like something you're interested in, then I've got just the thing for you. Right down below, you'll find a guide I've put together ranking all of the absolute best waterfront restaurants in West Palm Beach and the surrounding area.
Best Waterfront Restaurants West Palm Beach
- M/Y Cafe
- Sailfish Marina Resort

The number-one spot on my list goes to none other than M/Y Cafe. Anyone that's had the pleasure of dining here before will definitely understand why this one comes first.
M/Y Cafe is situated in Safe Harbor Rybovich marina, so you can get a phenomenal view of all the boats and marine traffic right from your table. It's right near the Poinciana Park neighborhood off of North Flagler Drive.
When you get here, I highly recommend starting with whatever the soup of the day is. After that, you should try one of their incredible pizzas.
Sailfish Marina Resort
98 Lake Dr, West Palm Beach, FL 33404

Sailfish Marina Resort is the next place I want to draw your attention towards, and you'll see why very quickly.
This restaurant is amazing and you get such a picturesque view of the bay and Peanut Island Park from your table.
They have both indoor and outdoor seating here at Sailfish Marina Resort, so you can enjoy that fresh Florida air while you eat.
I highly recommend seafood, of course. I like their ahi tuna sandwich, but they have lots of land-based options as well if that suits you better. Don't forget to check the drink menu, too!
Darbster
8020 S Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33405

This next West Palm Beach waterfront restaurant is called Darbster and this one goes out to all my vegan readers who might possibly be perusing this guide.
Of course, you don't have to be following a vegan diet to enjoy Darbster. I would consider myself an omnivore and I definitely love eating here. One thing I really liked was the NY pasta dish that they serve.
When you eat here, you should sit on their second-floor outdoor patio so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the water while you eat. The patio is dog-friendly too!
3800 Ocean
3800 N Ocean Dr, Riviera Beach, FL 33404

Next up on my list is 3800 Ocean and this one is just a few minutes outside of the West Palm Beach city limits, but it's totally worth the drive.
If you're staying at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa, then you've already got a head start because the restaurant is inside the hotel.
Plus, it's right next to Ocean Reef Park, so it's perfect for a meal after a day of soaking up the sun.
When you come to 3800 Ocean, I highly recommend any of the seafood options. Seafood is always my favorite thing to eat when I'm dining by the water.
Seafood Bar
1 S County Rd, Palm Beach, FL 33480

Last, but not least, is Seafood Bar. This place is actually located in Palm Beach, right inside The Breakers Palm Beach, an incredibly luxurious resort nestled right onto the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
Again, this one is not exactly in West Palm Beach, but it's just a short drive across the bridge and it's honestly an incredible restaurant, so I had to include it.
Seafood Bar is unbeatable when it comes to fresh fish and shellfish. Not to mention, the bar inside the restaurant is an actual fish tank with live fish in it. How cool is that?
Final Thoughts
As you might expect from a place like West Palm Beach, the waterfront restaurant scene is fantastic.
When it comes to waterfront restaurants, what West Palm Beach lacks in quantity, it more than makes up for in quality.
These are some of the absolute greatest dining establishments you can possibly visit in town, so go ahead and get started checking them all out!
